Data protection

PLEIA® has a personal data file with the following characteristics:

Regulation:

a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (GDPR)

b) Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on the protection of personal data (LOPD)

c) Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 11.

Purpose: Professional and commercial use for the scope of activity of the person responsible for the file.

Legal basis: Art. 6 GDPR.

Obligations of the person in charge: Keep the collected personal data secret and adopt the necessary measures to avoid its alteration, loss, or unauthorized treatment or access.

Rights of the owner: access their data, rectify them, cancel them (right to be forgotten) and oppose their continued use by writing to the owner by any means that leaves a record of receipt by the owner. You can request a form to exercise them at: datos@pleia.gal.
